Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions cover the provision of vehicle supply services (including associated financial products) by Staffcars Limited.   These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of any agreement from a vehicle supplier and/or finance provider.  These terms do not affect or restrict the statutory rights of a consumer.

1. Our Service
 
Staffcars act as a broker in the supply of motor vehicles and related financial products for both personal and business users (customers).
Our service is to source cars via our carefully selected network of dealers and utilise a panel of finance providers in order to provide an appropriate method of funding for the vehicle selected. 

Any financial contract entered in to will be between you the customer and the finance provider.  As such the customer is advised to read the finance providers terms and conditions relating to your purchase.

2. Vehicle Warranty
 
All vehicles will be supplied from UK franchised dealers and as such will be provided with a full UK manufacturer’s warranty relative to the vehicle purchased. 

3. Orders
 
When you place an order you will be requested to sign a vehicle order form.  This will contain the full vehicle specification including make, model, colour choices and optional extras.   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the details on the order form are correct and correspond exactly with the vehicle requested.  Staffcars accepts no responsibility for order forms being incorrect and subsequently accepts no responsibility for incorrect vehicle orders as a result of an incorrect order form.

If the vehicle that you wish to purchase is no longer available or not available within a time scale acceptable to you, then we will contact you to advise of suitable alternatives. If you decide not to proceed with the order at this point, you may cancel without any financial penalty.

4. Delivery Times
 
When you place an order you will be advised of an approximate delivery date.  This should be taken as an indication only and not an exact date.  Delivery of the vehicle is outside the control of Staffcars and therefore Staffcars accept no responsibility for delivery dates being changed by the dealer or manufacturer.

Staffcars will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from any delay in delivery.

5. Cancelled Orders
 
If a customer decides to cancel an order for reasons deemed not to be as a result of the actions of Staffcars, then the customer will be liable for a cancellation charge from the supplying dealer and costs reasonably incurred by Staffcars.
Cancellation charges vary depending on the vehicle order and manufacturer.

6. Website
 
All information and pricing contained in the website is correct at time of publication and whilst Staffcars endeavour to maintain content and prices to reflect 100% accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any technical errors or omissions.  In addition, Staffcars will not be responsible for incorrect pricing as a result of a change in pricing by the supplying dealer, manufacturer or finance company.

All images are for demonstration purposes only and may not reflect the exact vehicle being offered.

The Company reserves the right to alter, delete or add content (including pricing) to the Website without notification.

7. Pricing
 
All prices quoted are provided by third parties and therefore Staffcars cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

Any prices that we quote include a minimum of 12 months road fund licence, vehicle registration fee and delivery to a UK mainland address. The majority of vehicles will include road fund licence for the full duration of the contract.  If this is not the case Staffcars will make this clear.

Any prices quoted are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the dealer and finance company where appropriate.

8. Insurance
 
Pricing does not include any element of personal or business insurance and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate vehicle insurance is in place.  The customer is required to take a fully comprehensive insurance policy at all times.  Staffcars advise personal customers to check with their insurance company that cover will be provided for a vehicle that is not registered to you the customer directly, prior to placing an order. 

Staffcars will not be liable or responsible for any charges made to you the customer for cancellation of an order due to lack of adequate insurance cover being in place at time of delivery.

9. Finance
 
All quotations are subject to availability. Please note any quotation supplied by us is subject to acceptance by the underwriters of the finance company concerned.  All quotes are subject to change and Staffcars reserve the right to alter quotes without notice.

Staffcars will not be held liable for any losses or damages as a result of customers (either personal or business) that have been refused credit by the appropriate underwriters.

Personal finance agreements have cooling off periods during which time the customer has the right to cancel.  Vehicles will not be delivered before the end of the cooling off period.

10. Limitation of Liability
 
Staffcars work closely with dealers and finance providers to ensure they provide the same high level of service to our customers as we do.  As such, we only utilise the services of dealers and finance companies who have agreed to our service level agreement and maintain these standards throughout the contract with the customer

However, in view of our responsibilities as a vehicle supply and finance broker, Staffcars will not be held liable for any losses arising as a result of any service provided by a third party be it either the dealer or finance company.  In addition, Staffcars do not accept liability for any faults or defects with the vehicle supplied.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 
These Terms and Conditions are implemented and governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.  Any disputes arising from this website shall be resolved by the English courts unless you can show you accessed the website from Scotland, in which case the Scottish courts may be used.

The Staffcars website is for use by persons located and resident within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the Isle of Man. Accordingly, these terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties to any dispute or action hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The materials and content of the website may not be copied, re-produced or distributed without the prior written consent of Staffcars.
