About CALAS Maintenance
Staffcars offer CALAS Maintenance which provides the option of fixed budgeting for all your vehicle maintenance services whether you are an individual or a business. CALAS are able to cover both new and used cars and vans as long as they are less than 3 years old and have covered less than 50k miles.
None of us like nasty surprises and big bills for car repairs - most of us have probably had one or two of those in the past! CALAS Maintenance allows you to budget more effectively and pay a fixed fee per month to cover all work that needs to be done to your vehicle. Agreements run on a Time / Distance basis, a fixed mileage is quoted based upon a variable time period. The cover will cease upon the vehicles reaching either the mileage allowance or the flexible quoted period.
Annual reviews are included in all agreements and these include the option to increase or decrease the term or mileage to accurately reflect the vehicles usage, the monthly payments are adjusted from the next available direct debit post any amendments being contracted. Early terminations and extensions can also be facilitated.
The agreement covers five main areas:
- Servicing
- Maintenance
- Repairs
- Tyres
- Ancillary Services
And across four levels of cover
- Gold Cover
- Silver Cover
- Bronze Cover
- Tyre Cover only
Gold Cover - Service, Maintenance, Repair & Tyres
Gold is the premium agreement covering all servicing, maintenance, repairs and tyres on a fair wear and tear basis
Silver Cover – Service, Maintenance & Repair (No Tyres)
Silver covers servicing, maintenance and repairs and excludes tyres
Bronze Cover – Servicing Only
Bronze covers servicing only and excludes any maintenance, repair or tyres
Tyre– Tyre Only Contract
This covers tyres only and excludes everything else.
