A finance provider may search the files of a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search. This information may be used for credit assessment, including credit scoring and by other lenders in assessing applications from you and members of your household and occassionally for debt tracing and fraud prevention.

Each finance document will contain individual terms and conditions. These are reasonable but unchangeable. Staffcars is unable to show them to you until the documents have been produced which is generally between one and two weeks before delivery of your car or van. We also just want to stress again that filling in this form does not commit you to taking the car or van. The purpose of this process is to capture your details and let the finance company check you are eligible to order a car or van. Once all details have been completed and you have submitted the form, the finance company will conduct their searches on your credit records.
