The Good Samaritan Law
This European law requires every driver to stop and provide assistance when encountering an accident or incident if it is safe to do so. This may require a Fire Extinguisher and a First Aid Kit, so it is strongly recommended to carry these even though in most countries it is not compulsory to do so.
